Oklahoma City Nursing Student Earns OCU Academic Award

Oklahoma City University nursing student Garrett Camp from Oklahoma City received the Heart of Nursing Award during the Kramer School of Nursing's pinning ceremony last semester.

The award is given to students who demonstrate caring and compassion, patient advocacy and enthusiasm about becoming a nurse.

Camp plans to stay in Oklahoma City and continue into the CRNA or NP program to further his education.
